Description
We suggest you take an interesting tour to learn about the history of the only preserved and musealized solar evaporation salt marsh in the entire Roman Empire.
A site that, due to its excellent state of preservation, allows us to understand the operation of a salt installation and how the Romans produced salt on the surface of the basins.
The exhibition also offers the possibility of discovering the interesting world of salt, its history, some of the systems used to obtain it and the different uses that the Romans gave to this important product.
