Luigi, an Italian from Verona and Ines, a Galician from the Orense town of Beade, met in Tarragona during a vacation. After three years of relationship, they decided to move to Galicia, to the homeland of Inés, Beade.

In Ribadavia, a town near Beade, they decide to open a small café-bar where they soon begin to offer their customers dishes from Luigi's land such as "bruschettas" and other small snacks. These new flavors dazzled their new neighbors and little by little, the idea of ​​opening the first pizzeria was forged, which over time, they ended up expanding and thus became the first Rebusca 46 restaurant of the chain.

After two years of culinary successes, they opened the second restaurant in the capital Ourense, Rebusca 46 on Doctor Temes street and two years later they decided to open the third Rebusca 46 establishment, also in the capital Ourense, on Ramón Puga street.

The success obtained by the Rebusca 46 chain is due, for the most part, to the artisan preparation of its dishes, as well as the use of top quality raw materials, its exquisite customer service and its unbeatable value for money. This led them to open their fourth restaurant Rebusca 46, but this time, in the province of Pontevedra, in its capital, thus proceeding with the expansion of the chain to other parts of the Galician geography.
