Pé Descalço Eco Parque

Once the Pé Descalço EcoParque had been an old farm with corn fields. Now it has more than 1000 large trees: Portuguese oaks, olive trees, chestnut trees, cherry trees, American oaks, poplars, orange trees, mandarin trees. Entrance to the park takes you to explore the Barefoot Trail! Come and feel nature in a direct way and rediscover sensations that may be forgotten. Walking with bare feet and sometimes also with eyes covered, promotes the relief of negative tension, as it spontaneously promotes relaxation, positive feelings and well-being. It just makes us feel good. Aimed at the general public, it also includes several specific activities for the school community. He is part of the international Children & Nature network.
