Ñoño Bosmediano is a family business founded in 1980 by which he was a UD player. Las Palmas, D. Antonio Rodríguez Bosmediano, colloquially known in football slang of the time as Ñoño Bosmediano. Hence the name that he would later establish in his business. The company was located on the beach of Las Canteras in the popular neighborhood of Guanarteme with the preconceived philosophy of offering fresh seafood, both to the Canarian public and to the visitor. His style and commercial strategy of that time, soon gave him a reputation beyond the limits of the neighborhood, reaching the entire capital, being a benchmark for its simplicity, quality, good work and good price of its products. If you live in Las Palmas, and you do not know or at least have heard of the so named and unique Ca Ñoño squid sandwich, you do not know one of the typical Canarian icons. Its establishment and its products have been named by carnival costumes on many occasions, they have been named in Canarian television programs, even music groups have named the brand and some of them recorded a video in their establishment. Therefore Ñoño Bosmediano, is a clearly Canarian company with Canarian tradition and projection.

The success of Ñoño Bosmediano lies in the simplicity of its cuisine, focused on typical Canarian products, seafood, and of course, its precious squid.
