Bierstube Festung

Built inside an Austrian fort dating from 1860 in the Pastrengo hills, the new Bierstube Festung has adopted the philosophy and beers of the historic Forst company in Lagundo, a symbol of tradition and love of nature, but also of work destined to maintain the highest quality the quality of its products, and this is the spirit with which our kitchen has selected the products and raw materials with which we prepare our dishes, combined with the glorious Forst beers. The restaurant has around 300 seats inside divided into numerous rooms of various sizes, characterized by the majestic faces with exposed brick and the typical furniture of a South Tyrolean brewery.

In summer, however, we await you in our "Biergarten Festung", in the open-air inner courtyard, with a splendid view of Lake Garda, or if you wish, you can dine in the garden overlooking the Fort, where the panorama 360 ° will leave you speechless.

The Bierstube Festung offers a cuisine characterized by South Tyrolean specialties: speck dishes, cold cuts and cheeses, leg, long pork ribs, pullets, all cooked on a wood-burning spit, chandeliers, "Gröstel", sausages, all strictly from high quality. . Our menu also offers lighter Mediterranean dishes.

Finally, for lovers of good beef, we have selected the quality of Bavarian German Friesian to make our Burgers, served in various ways.

In addition to the entire line of Forst and Weihenstephaner draft beers, naturally all with controlled temperature drop, for lovers of natural unfiltered beer, we have an excellent Kellerbier on tap, from the historic Bavarian Leikeim brewery.

The Bierstube Festung has a room reserved for company lunches and dinners, meetings, birthdays, social gatherings, graduations, family celebrations or a pleasant private evening.

On weekends, after dinner, you can listen to good music. On Fridays with the great bands and on Saturdays music of all kinds with our DJs.
