The Gran Vía de Vigo Shopping Center was inaugurated on June 1, 2006 with 100% of its commercialized area. Since then it has been one of the reference centers in Galicia and the largest in the city of Vigo, with a commercial area of ​​41,462m2.

Located in Finca do Conde, its architectural conception has been based on several key aspects: its urban character, the pedestrian connection from Gran Vía and a respectful implementation with the environment. The visual impact has been taken into account and as a result, it is a suggestive and unitary architectural form.

The commercial complex is structured on three floors, three levels of underground parking and a roof garden of more than 14,000 m2.

The car park has capacity for more than 1,700 spaces, among which there are 143 outdoors, it also has parking and recharging for electric vehicles and Tesla, parking for family vehicles, people with reduced mobility and bicycles.

The Gran Vía de Vigo Shopping Center, owned by Grupo Lar and managed by Gentalia, has a wide commercial offer led by the Carrefour hypermarket, Zara and the rest of the brands of the Inditex group, H&M, C&A, as well as a complete shopping area. leisure and catering, among which are the GranVía Cinemas with nine rooms.

    Los accesos peatonales son horribles: hay que dar rodeos para no encontrarse con escaleras, la zona por la que se supone tienen que pasar los carritos de bebés y las sillas de ruedas suelen estar bloqueados por coches. Sólo hay un ascensor que comunique las tres plantas comerciales con el parking y es bastante pequeño además de estar ocupado en numerosas ocasiones por personas que podrían utilizar las escaleras mecánicas perfectamente. Tiene una sola sala de lactancia en buenas condiciones, no muy grande, aunque las veces que la necesitamos la pudimos utilizar perfectamente. Los cambiadores también se encuentra en buen estado de mantenimiento y hay en todos los servicios (al menos en los que nos cuadró utilizar) tanto de mujeres como de hombres.

    Tienen en la planta de arriba una zona de máquinas para montarse los niños y un local con zona de entretenimiento y zona de consolas, solo a partir de cierta edad. En la misma planta hay una sala de lactancia bastante nueva y muy bien equipada, que da gusto usar. También hay aparcamientos para familias en los accesos del parking subterráneo y una zona especial de aparcamiento para familias cerca de un ascensor, perfecto para ir con el carrito. Como puntos negativos, están los listos que usan las plazas de aparcamiento para familias sin respetar a los que si las necesitan, y toda la gente (que es mucha) que utiliza los 2 únicos ascensores disponibles para poder ir con el carrito de bebé sin dar preferencia a los que los necesitan, en vez de utilizar las escaleras mecánicas.
