Description
The fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm have delighted young and old for more than 200 years. With their world-famous children's and home stories, they take their readers and listeners into a world full of legendary characters and fantastical experiences.
In our fairytale forest you have the opportunity to experience the stories and mythical creatures in person on a Bergisches Land nature walk.
The characters from 18 fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm have found a home along the fairy tale road and wait in their little houses to tell their stories to approaching visitors.
The heart of our large facility is the fairytale forest. In addition to fairy houses, you will find a playground and several animal enclosures where you can feed goats and sheep or see rabbits.
You can round off your visit with a visit to our fairytale forest café, where you can enjoy Bergische waffles with a demonstration of the popular dancing fountains.
