We’re everything CrossFit, and so much more. Our 22,000 sq. foot state of the art facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Outside we offer an outdoor rig, quarter mile running track surrounding our fully loaded obstacle course, Bear Crawl Park. Inside you’ll find our half court basketball area, training turf and plenty of space to move on two levels. We also offer tanning, massage, saunas, showers and locker rooms. Our FitCon Cafe offers organic coffee (hot or iced), organic smoothies and acai bowls to help you refuel before or after you workout. Walk in and feel the energy yourself!
CrossFit Kids
Based on the principles of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on each child’s academic achievement. We offer programs for all kids ranging in ages from 3-14 years of age.
