In Miragaia, one of the best known neighborhoods in Porto, you will find the World Of Discoveries museum and theme park. This place is inspired by the stories of Portuguese sailors and the trips they made around the world. It is a unique experience to share with the family, since in addition to pleasing the little ones, it has spaces that will excite adults.
World Of Discoveries is divided into two large sections: the museum and the theme park. The first of them has two different rooms, one of which is dedicated to old maritime instruments and boats, with life-size models. The following is an interactive space with simulations that show what life was like on board those ships.
Finally, the favorite part of the little ones in the house, the theme park. In it you can take a boat tour of the places the Portuguese arrived in ancient times: China, Timor, India, Macau, and many more!

Inside World of Discoveries there is a restaurant decorated like the rest of the enclosure, which will delight children. In addition, the park is located in a privileged location, surrounded by bars and restaurants with a wide gastronomic offer: Taberna do Barqueiro, Dona Picanha Rodizio, Flor da Alfandega, Casa Mara and Armazém are some of the best valued.
