Description
Jardim Guerra Junqueiro, known as Jardim da Estrela, was built in the 19th century. XIX (1842), on the initiative of the statesman Bernardo da Costa Cabral, Marquis of Tomar. It is a naturalistic garden of a romantic design, inspired by the lines of the “English park” and surrounded by a railing. It has leafy vegetation with great interest, both in terms of quantity and diversity.
There are two spaces associated with the Playground function.
