Description
O’Druida opened her home on the summer solstice of 2007. We began our journey by defending quality and closeness as signs of identity.
Offering from the beginning a balanced menu of the day with seasonal products of fish from our estuary. Combined with dishes from the country’s cuisine where stew and tripe don’t fail and new trends incorporating seaweed, tofu and vegan options.
On the tables you can breathe the freshly caught product, you can hear stories of seasickness and wind, of great catches and nights enjoying the firmament on the white sand of Patos Beach illuminated by the fire of a burn.
